Feasibility
Feasibility assesses whether to launch an activity and makes a
business case for investment. Boronia Corporation has completed
feasibility studies into major capital investment projects in areas
including construction, manufacturing, and biotechnology. These
studies have included an analysis of critical factors, market and
environmental issues, resource requirements, financial viability,
and capital requirements. Feasibility studies can also include sophisticated
financial business models.
Technology evaluation
Technology evaluation helps to identify the economic potential
of technological discoveries. Boronia Corporation has conducted
investigations of commercialisation feasibility and marketability,
judged potential economic values and competitive power of new discoveries,
assessed market and technical risks, and evaluated intellectual
property positions and strategies.
Capital raising
Boronia Corporation has helped raise over $42 million in seed,
start-up and expansion capital through grants, angel and venture
capital equity, and debt markets. Most capital raising is facilitated
through the development of an associated business plan and financial
forecasts.

Boronia Corporation has extensive experience in developing competitive
tender applications and project plans for consultancy projects for
state and national government agencies. Leading consortia of diverse
researchers and consultants, our tenders have consistently outperformed
in winning business over lower-priced competitors, even from government
agencies which themselves concede it is most unusual to assign a
contract based on quality rather than price. Successful tenders
have been written for agencies including the Department of Education,
Science and Training, Main Roads Western Australia, the Australia
Council for the Arts, and the Department of Education and Training
Western Australia.
